On the occasion of the exhibition “REBELS Marlon Brando and Anthony Quinn. Photographs by Sam Shaw” The National Cinema Museum published a catalogue including a series of images taken from the vast photographic archive of Sam Shaw, one of the greatest photographers to work with Hollywood stars, and who helped to increase their mystique.
The photographs are taken from his coverage from the sets of two films: One-eyed Jacks (1961) and Zorba the Greek (1965). The catalogue is introduced by Alberto Barbera and is completed by two critical essays by Morando Morandini.
